Senior Project Engineer

Responsibilities

· Oversee projects and lead the planning to ensure completion on time, safe and with quality; financially within budget and ensure commercial terms, variations and claims are well managed;

· Manage the project including engineers, subcontractors and suppliers;

· Manage clients’ expectation with good communication;

· Attend site meetings and visits as required;

· Leverage the company’s product portfolio and formulate best optimal Acoustics, Noise & Vibration solutions to customers;

· Specialized technical training in acoustics/vibration/noise control knowledge will be available.

Requirements 

· Degree in Engineering (Building Services / Mechanical/ Civil);

· 3 years of work experience in Civil/Building Services/Engineering contracts;

· Experience in coordination with Developers, Architects, Contractors and Consultants;

· Self-motivated, pro-active and customer focused in engineering with commercial and financial sense;

· Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese;

· Proficiency in AutoCAD is preferred;

· Candidates with less experience/qualification with suitable personality will be considered as "Project Engineer ".

 

Engineer

Responsibilities

· Leverage the company’s product portfolio and formulate best optimal Acoustics, Noise & Vibration solutions to customers;

· Prepare noise calculations, tenders, submission and drawings;

· Opportunity to rotate among Project, Sales and Technical Departments, and be developed to a balanced all-round professional in Acoustics, Noise & Vibration Control;

· Specialized technical training in acoustics/vibration/noise control knowledge will be provided.

Requirements 

· Degree in Engineering (Building Services / Mechanical/ Civil);

· 0-3 years of work experience in Building products/Building Services/ Construction Engineering; fresh graduates are welcome;

· Proficiency in AutoCAD will be advantage;

· Excellent interpersonal, communication, planning and problem solving skills;

· Self-motivated, pro-active and customer focused;

· Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese;

· Candidates with less experience/qualification with suitable personality will be considered as "Assistant Engineer".
